A sanskrit phrase that translates to "Nothing remains same."
Or you can say Change is eternal.
From the ever changing chemical composition inside us to the development of our character, we as human beings and our surrounding are evolving and shaping themselves in new dimensions with every slipping second.
Good morning precious,
You might be thinking why "change" is the topic?
Well, before anything I would like to know if you have been spending your time well? Whether you have been taking care of yourself and treating yourself with utmost love and appreciation?
Whether you are accepting yourself everyday for who you are, who you have become and who you are becoming.
Embracing ourselves is first step towards loving ourselves.
Often not we spiral in loops of dejection because we aren't the same person, we aren't able to maintain the same aura, we aren't that productive, we aren't as carefree as before, and there are many and you know that yourself.
The concept of Change has been presented as an evil. But is it really?
I agree not every Change is good, but generalising that Change isn't good at all, is too much, don't you think, precious?
Change is beautiful, if you truly seek out its essence . It's beautiful.
Because we might not be the same person we were a year or two ago, but we weren't that person since forever too. If we can become that version of ourselves, then why cannot we evolve into a much better person?
We all have reas the evolution theory, "Survival of the fittest."
That applies to our habits, beliefs, character and life too. The best thing will stay, and best doesn't means what you deem best, it means what truly is best. When have we human judged things better? It's with the time that we really appreciate the beauty of events that unfolded in past, the changes which brought us to the place we are, to who we are, to what we have.
And it is through selection and evolution that we will become much better- given we will focus on our good. Because although evolution is eternal, it doesn't surely have to be a good one. It can a degradation too if we don't keep track of our habits, beliefs and character.
Embrace Change, embrace yourself as you are, embrace yourself for who you aren't, embrace yourself for who you might be becoming.
I know it hits hard when we realise we aren't the same, or someone dear to us isn't same anymore. But instead of blaming ourselves or them, how about we look around and see the circumstances?
Are the scenarios same? The situation -when we met them, when we were someone we aren't today - is the same now?
It isn't. We evolve, we attract changes according to our surrounding. It's the situation that led the Change, it's the circumstances that doesn't favor the previous you or them now.
Given if the circumstances were same, everything was exactly the same, some events which wouldn't have happened in your life then I bet everyone would have been same.
But the truth is- it isn't.
Things will change. It's eternal.
So instead of fighting it, embrace it. Try to incorporate those good things, those people in your life in such a way that today's circumstances can favor them.
If not, then nature knows better than us.
I hope you won't delve into sorrow because of change. It's a fresh air of breath, it's new beginning of something new, it's a birth of new you. Ofcourse things will slip away, you can't have it all, because today doesn't need it all.
So, precious, evolve to become a better person. Take the good things and enhance them .
Today will be different, your feelings before you started reading this and after reading this will be different. Your perspective will be different.
Take care of yourself and bring along the appreciation for yourself. You are amazing, you need to recognize yourself. You are worthy of good things so don't deprive yourself from them.
